Journal of Space Law

A journal devoted to space law and the legal problems arising out of human activities in outer space.

The Journal of Space Law is a journal devoted to space law and the legal problems arising out of human activities in outer space.

Membership in the Journal of Space Law is limited to second and third year law students with at least a 3.2 GPA. He or she must submit a transcript, resume, and a writing sample that demonstrates excellent Blue Booking skills.

The Journal of Space Law has a 12-month, year-round editing and publication process. It publishes two issues a year, and summer work is available. The Journal of Space Law also seeks to highlight at least one qualified student paper per issue.
